£IOOO FOR BURSARY

BEQUESTS TO CHURCH [by TELEGRAPH —OWN correspondent] DUNEDIN, Saturday Bequests amounting to £I6OO have been made to Presbyterian Church institutions under the will of the late Mrs. Eliza Johanna Jolly, wife of the late Isaac Jolly. A gift of £IOOO is left to the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand for the benefit of the Dunedin Theological Hall. This sum is for investment by the Theological College committee, which will use the income to provide a bursary for students from time to time attending tho hall, the bursary to be known as Tho Isaac Jolly Bursary.
