PORT OF AUCKLAND WANGANELLA UNCERTAIN Cabled advice received last evening from tho Melbourne office of the Hud-dart-Parker Company stated that the motor-liner Wanganella's departure from Auckland for Sydney is uncertain, pending developments in the waterfront dispute, which is still unsettled. Tho Wanganella, at Prince's Wharf, was previously scheduled to leave for Sydney this afternoon, taking about 270 passengers. Tho Union Company's chartered motor-ship Speybank will arrive this afternoon from the Pacific Coast, via Papeote, and will probably anchor in tho stream to await a berth. The A. and A. MONTEREY ON MONDAY The Matson liner Monterey will leave Sydney to-day for Auckland, where eat will arrive at seven o'clock on Monday morning. She will sail at five o'clock the same afternoon for San Francisco, via ports. THE RANGITIKI The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rangitiki is expected here from .Napier on Monday to load for London.. She will now return to Napier for final loading, the dates for which have not yet been announced. THE PORT TAURANGA The Watchlin Line motor-ship Port Tauranga cleared Coff's Harbour, New South Wales, on Tuesday for We'lington and Jackson's Bay. She will then return to Australia to load for Dargaville and Auckland. ARAWA IN PORT The Shaw Savill and Albion liner Arawa arrived yesterday afternoon from Wellington and anchored in the stream. She will berth this morning at King's Wharf. The Arawa will complete' discharge of cargo from .London and begin homeward loading here. TRIENZA LEAVES PORT The British Phosphate Conlmijision's motorship Trienza, which arrived here from r»auru Island at the week-end with a full cargo of phosphate, left port last night without discharging as a result of the dispute. She was cleared for Sydney Heads for orders. THE STEAMER SUVA Built to the order of W. R. Carpenter and Company, Limited, of Sydney, owners of the motor-ships Rabapl and SaLamaua, the steamer Suva has been launched by Bartram and Sons. Limited, of SundeTland. The Suva, which is of the shelter-deck tyre, will carry about 9100 tons of cargo. NIAGARA'S PROGRESS En route from Vancouver, lihe Canadian Australasian linor Niagara will! reach Suva this morning and sail at threo o clock this afternoon for Auckland, where she is due early on Monday afternoon. The linor is expected to sail for Sydney at 10 o'clockjon Tuesday night. " KIWITEA AND KAKAPO The Union Company's stea.mer KaUapo was expected to leave Westport late Jast night for Auckland, where she u» due on bunday, and Port Whangarei. The same company's steamer Kiwitea will leare Greymouth to-morrow for Auckland, whera she is expected on Tuesday, and Portland. KUROW LAUNCHED Cabled advice has been received by the Union Company that its steamer Kurow was successfully launched from the yards of Alexandcr Stephen and Sons, Limited, at Linthouse, Glasgow, on Monday. A steamer of 3850 tons gross, the Kurow is the last vessel now building for the company to be launched.
THE MATTHEW FLINDERS The Sleigh Lino's new steamer Matthew Flinders, which will bo engaged in the trade between Australia and New Zealand ran successful trials at Burntisla&d on October 18, attaining a speed of 12 knots on the measured mile.
