TRINIDAD DISPUTE
ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL British Wireless RUGBY. Oct. 28 The Government of Trinidad has appointed an arbitration tribunal, with Sir James Baillie as chairman, to consider certain matters in dispute between the Oilfields' Employers' Association and the Oilfields' Workers' Trade Union. The tribunal will sail for Trinidad on November 12.
