PRIVY COUNCIL HELD
British Wireless RUGBY, Oct 27 The King held a Privy Council to-day at which Earl Stanhope kissed his hands on his appointment as First Lord of the Admiralty, and an Order of the Council made Earl de la W 7 arr President of the Board of Education. Their Majesties later left for Sandringham.
