BRITISH CONSERVATIVES OXFORD BY-ELECTION British Wireless < RUGBY, Oct. 27 Polling took place to-day for the Oxford seat in the House of Commons rendered vacant by the death of Mr. R. C. Bourne (Conservative). The byelection aroused considerable interest, as the international policy of the Gov* ernment has been the principal issue.
