W. 0. Fields has started work on "You Can't Cheat an Honest Man," an original story of his own. Gloria Dickson will get her best chnnco .vet opposite John Garfield in "They Wade Me a Criminal." In Max Reinhnrdt's Festival production of "Faust" Conrad Nagel and Lenore Ulric have leading parts. Frank Capra has had five previews of "You Cnn't Take it With You" in the effort to got it down to the right length. Ann Gillis and Tommy Kelly, childstars of "Tom Sawyer," are to be teamed again in "Peck's Bad Boy at the Circus." Katharine Hepburn is contemplating a return to the stage. She would put up the money herself for a new play by Eddie Dowling.
