Swollen Ankles
A foot-bath of either a pint of vinegar to two quart) water, or four ounces of epsom salt, will bring relief to swollen ankles. If feet are swollen and burn, wind them in a cloth wrung out in cold water and sprinkled with methylated spirit. Keep this on through the night.
