LOSS OF £173 IN NOTES

CHARGE OF THEFT FOLLOWS WATERSIDER TO STAND TRIAL [BY TELEGRAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION'] NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday Charged with the theft of £173 in bank notes from a fellow worker, William Henry Moseley, waterside worker, pleaded not guilty at the conclusion of the evidence this morning and was committed for trial, hail being allowed. Moseley is alleged to have picked up a roll of notes belonging to John Shore. When he was later accosted by Shore he denied that he had the money. The notes were missed by Shore following a game in a waterside workers' shelter.
