HEALTH STAMPS

POSTMAN'S CANVASS CALL ON HOUSEHOLDERS To assist the health stamp campaign for children's summer camps, a house-to-house canvass in residential districts is to be made by postmen, while other helpers will solicit aid from the business section. It was stated at a meeting of the campaign committee yesterday that postmen would deliver a circular to all householders shortly, inviting them to buy health stamps or to give a donation, and soon after tho delivery postmen would call and sell stamps, if necessary. Tho postmen were prepared to do this work voluntarily, and were giving their time for the purpose. It was hlbo reported that the City Council had declined to allocate a street collection day for the fund.
