SON OF LABOUR PEER
HON. N. A. NOEL-BUXTON VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND YEAR'S EXPERIENCE ON FARM [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON. Tuesday The son alul heir of an English per, the Hon. N. A. Noel-Buxton, arrived at Wellington by the Wanganella today. Ho has come to spend a year on a New Zealand farm for experience before entering the legal profession in England.
A tall young man with red hair, he has just come down from Balliol College, Oxford, where he has been read-
ing law. He is a son of Baron NoelBuxton, of Alysham, first holder of the title, created in 1930. Lord Nool-Buxton was formerly a Liberal member of the House of Commons for Whitby and Norfolk, and later Labour member for the latter constituency. He was formerly Ministor of Agriculture and Fisheries in Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald's Cabinets of 1924 and 1929. He is a noted authority on the Balkans.
