James Ross and Gordon Joseph Drabble, who were assisting Mr. Buckley to load the tractor on to a trailer, that they placed planks in position resting on tne trailer. It was usual for the planks to be bolted on to the trailer. The bolts were in a truck near bv. Mr. Buckley said he thought it would be all right to drive the tractor up the planks without placing the bolts in position. He started up the incline. and when the tractor was half on the trailer the planks slipped, and the tractor overturned, crushing him. Mr. Buckley was in charge of the tractor at the time.
