If you are not I bava a way of stimulating to ensure that you are here early," said Mr. Justice Blair to the grand jury in the Hamilton Supreme Court this morning, when the commencement of the- Court waa delayed 15 minutes owing to the late arrival of one of the jurymen. "You must remember that every minute lost in the Court is proving very expensive to the country," Hi# Honor said. "However, 1 shall overlook the matter this time, but the jurymen must see they are here right on time in future."
