DARGAVILLE NOTES
THE SOCIAL ROUND Mrs. S. Roper has returned from a visit to Auckland. * Miss G. Coleman has returned to the Waikato after spending a few days in Dargaville. , Mrs. S. Day is visiting Auckland. Mrs. McKain has left Dargaville to take up her residence in Invercargill. Mrs. Eric Graham has returned to Whangarei after spending a few days in Dargaville. ' Miss B. Jack, of Dargaville, is spending a few days with her parents at Titoki. ' _ , A very pleasant evening was spent at the residence of Dr. and Mrs. Roberts, of Hokianga Road, in aid of the National Party funds. Bridge and mah jongg were played; Among those present were:—Dr. and Mrs. J. Marshall, Mrs. Cort Astle.v, Mrs. L. Mehrtens.. Mrs. T. H. A. Williams, Mrs. G. Francis, Mrs. F. Goulding, Mrs. C. H.
