RUMOURED ALLEGATIONS DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS MUNICH, Sept. 20 It was expected that Herr Hitler at the four-Power conference would make charges that the Czechs are preparing to falsify the plebiscites. The .charges will be based on reports by a German news agency that Czech gendarmes have confiscated records at Town Halls. A Nazi spokesman stated that the Czechs nre mistaken if they think they can obtain success by destroying records. No Czech who cannot prove he was a resident of the Sudeten areas prior to 1918 will be able to participate in the plebiscites. A film showing scenes of alleged Czech terrorism was expected to be shown at the conference.
