Owners and Occupiers of Lund in the Tauranga County are hereby notified of their responsibility under "The Noxious Weeds Act, I!>-8," and all Amendments thereto, to clear all ragwort, Bathurst burr, Cape weed or Cape daisy, foxglove, gorse, hemlock, Japanese wineherry, blackberry, sweet briar and Californlan thistle off their respective lands. Such work to be commenced not later than the Ist day of October and to continue until the weeds are effectively cleared, as required by thu said Act, being not later than the 20th day of December, 1038.
