JT is very annoying when one finds one's best towels and table-napkins stained wifli lipstick due to a guest's carelessness. Lipstick contains grease as well as colouring matter, so it is not easy to remove with ordinary washing. First remove the grease "with ammonia and water or petrol (being careful about lights and fires), and then wash the article in hot soapy water, rubbing the stain hard.
