Wicrlcv and ft passenger obtained damaeos of Mr. Smstcd and John Dickinson and Company are appealing from Mr. Justice Northcrolt s judgment at this hearing. . At to-dav's hearing, Mr. Anderson, for respondents, contended that m the rise of a dangerous comer the usual rules as to the position of cars on tin? road do not apply and that J\lr. Wielcv was not negligent m driving awav from the extreme outside edge of tho road. Ho contended that the extent of Mr. Suisted's swerve after seeing tl.o service, car indica cl that he was previously in the middle oi tin., road. Judgment was reserved.
