FIXTURE AT WHANGAREI [from OCR own* correspondent] WHANGAREI, Sunday A sitting of the Court of Heview in connection with appeals from decisions of the Mortgage Adjustment Commission will commence at •Whangarei on November 7. The Court comprises Mr. Justice Johnston, Mr. It. S. Chadwick and Mr. A. Coleman. The associate registrar will be in Whangarei oil October 31 to arrange fixtures.
