TENNIS CLUB BALL

RANGAPAT PLAYERS ATTRACTIVE DECORATIONS MANY VISITORS ATTEND Decorated in an unusual colour scheme of black anrl white, the Tirau Town Hall presented a most attractive scene on Monday niglvt. when the annual ball of the Rangnpai Tennis Club, organised by the committee, was held. A large number of tennis players and their friends attended the function, which was a complete success. Lycopodium and fern fronds added a cool note of green to the hall. Overhead was a canopy of coloured streamers radiating from tjie centre of the hall to the sides. Members of the ladies' committee present were:—Z\l rs. T. Macken, Mrs. E.
