FIXTURE AT HAMILTON APPEAL FOR CO-OPERATION [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday Two representatives of the Waikato* Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Messrs. W. R. J. Franklin and W. ; L.. Raustead, attended a meeting, of tireHamilton Chamber of Commerce last night to seek the chamber's assistance and co-operation in making the Royal Show a success. , This was the first occasion on which •a Boyal Show had been held in tho Waikato, said Mr. Franklin, and every eifort was being made to make a "Stio-" cess of the exhibition. Tho official opening would bo held on the second, day, I rid ay, October 28, when tho Governor-General would bo present. It was decided to ask tho Mayor of Hamilton, Mr. H. 1). Caro, to appeal to the business people to co-operate as far as possible in permitting employees to attend tho official opening, and it was also resolved to seek the co-opera-tion of members of tho chamber in the I decoration of business premises.
