WARNING TO AUSTRALIA PRE MANTLE, Sept. 7 The Australian Attorney-General, Mr. 11. G. Meiizies, upon his arrival at Fremantle from Kngland to-day, stated that oversea markets for Australia's primary produce were contracting. If she was to become a powerful and self-reliant member of the British family of nations she would have to become a substantial exporter of manufactured good*.
