CONTRACTOR'S DEATH
MR. JOHN PATERSON BUILT WELLINGTON TOWN HALL [from otje otfx correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday The death has occurred in Hamilton of Mr. John Paterson, aged 78 years. Mr. Paterson was born in Turriff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, and came to New Zealand 53 years ago. He began
business in Wellington as a .building contractor, ona of his last contracts being the erection of the Wellington Town Hall. In lpO-i he retired, and for the last 23 years he lived in Hamilton. Mr. Paterson is survived by bis widow, and by four hods and a daughter.
