TOM GLOVER former new zealander (Received September 7, 7.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 7 ;- r -The death occurred suddenly to-day ~?of. a well-known cartoonist, Mr. Tom Glover, of the Sun newspaper, aged 47. —" jtilr. Glover, who was one of the most -popular cartoonists in Australia, began _,bis career in Wellington. "--'/ About' 1915 he obtained a junior on the literary staff of the - Dominion and at the next general elec--otion his political cartoons were published in the Dominion. This attracted attention to his work and lie -obtained the position of cartoonist on New Ze&land Truth.
