PROMISING STEEPLECHASER The aix-year-old Power Chief, a candidate for the Egmont-Wanganui Hunt Cup at New Plymouth to-day. He displayed distinct promise when he won the Hunt Club Cup at Ellerslie in June, hut later hurt himself in a fall at Trentham and ran badly at Hastings shortly after. Power Chief has lately shown signs of being himself again.
