HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES The loungo of tho Hotel Manor was attractively decorated with bowls of Iceland poppies and daffodils when Mrs. Turner and Miss E. Sanders, of Christchurch, entertained a number of friends at a farewell afternoon party. Tho guests included: —Mrs. Bobbie, Mrs. lo Crew, Mrs. Hodgkins, Mrs. J. Jordan, Mrs. Bartlcman, Mrs. Tamblyn, Mrs. H. Lewis, Mrs. Hawkins, Mrs. Doidge, Miss Cummings, Miss Walls, Miss Scoekcr and Miss Mackav.
Mrs. Ralph Ward, of Taupo, is visiting Tauranga. Mrs. L. Cutforth, of Arundel Street, has returned from a visit to Auckland.
Mi "s. Geo. McLaren, lltli Avonuo, is spending a. holiday in Auckland.
Mrs. C. Davidson, of Harvey Street West, is visiting Hamilton. Miss Bell, of Hamilton, and Mrs. Halligan, of Tc Aroha, are tho guests of Mrs. A. Bell, McLean Street.
Mrs. J. Mac Donald, of Gisborno, is a visitor to Tauranga.
