SEIZED OIL PROPERTIES SUPREME COURT RULING MEXICO CITY, August 28 The Supremo Court, in a test case has ruled against the oil companies in regard to the Mexican Government's seizure of petroleum properties. Informed observers are of the opinion that a new campaign must be considered, as Mexico appears to feel that she can pursue her expropriation programme without fear of any worse consequence than a reprimand.
