MUSSELS IN HARBOUR

RESTRICTIONS AT WHANGAREI [from OUR OWN correspondent] WHANGAREI. Friday Tho Harbour Board has been in communication with the Marine Department. about the taking of mussels from beds in the Whangarer Harbour. The department has informed tho board that the restrictions imposed in 11W0 are still in force, and that it is an offence to take mussels for purposes of sale. They may be taken for home consumption only, and then not more than 50 may bo taken by one person in any one day.
