RUSSIA AND JAPAN
ANOTHER BORDER INCIDENT TOKIO, August 22 Japan has protested to Russia against three alleged violations of the Mancliukuo border. It is revealed that the protest was prompted by Russian aeroplanes being flown across tho border, tho occupants dropping provisions for troops, near Changlingtze, cut off from their base by floods.
