WORK FOR UNEMPLOYED
A decision to apply for an additional 10 men for work in the borough under the No. ].'! scheme, was made at a meeting of the Papakura Borough Council on Monday night. "At the moment, w have 20 men working on roads and reserves," said the Mayor, Mr. S. Evans.' "There is still much useful work to he done, and we may as well take advantage of tho offer while it is still open."
