SCIENTISTS TO MEET
CAMBRIDGE CONFERENCE BRITISH ASSOCIATION (Received August 5, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, August 4 The British Association for the Advancement of Science is to meet at Cambridge on August 1/. Lord Rajleigh. will deliver the presidential address on "Natural Vision and Vision Aided by Science." A movement -which has been gathering momentum in recent years for ; bringing the Troft of the association into closer relation with the social problems of the hour has resulted in a proposal which will be considered a business meeting. This is for the creation of a new division to be devoted to the social and international relations of science.
