NEW SOVIET CENSUS
MOSCOW, July 23 A new census of the entire population of Russia will be taken in January, taking the place of the census held last January, the results of which were never published because "wreckers disrupted the work r.nd made the figures unreliable." The last published census, in January, 1933, gave the population as 165,847,100.
