They claim to have crossed the flood waters of the Yellow River and to have reached Kaifeng, the capital of Honan. Other Chinese troops, driven from Kiukiung, have taken up nr-n- positions, strongly reinforced from the roar. Terrorist activity is spreading to Nanking. Bombs worn thrown into the offices of the Japanese-sponsored Nanking Government.
