EX-CHANCELLOR'S WIDOW GENEVA, July 15 Fran Dollfuss, widew of the former Chancellor of Austria who was assassinated in 1935, and her two children, who have been staying with friends in Switzerland, have received permission to live in Munich, where the authorities nro providing for their comfort.
