WOOLLEN TEXTILES
NEW JAPANESE EDICT TOKIO, July 8 Japanese woollen textile manufacturers have been ordered to mix staple fibres in their products to the extent of 30 or 40 per cent. A decree bans the exports of woollen fabrics from Japan, Manchukuo or China.
