PUBLICAN'S JAW BROKEN [BY TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] WHAKATANFi. Thursday A scuffle 111 the To Toko Hotel on May 17, in which the hotelkeepcr had his jaw broken, led to the appearance of a Maori. Pio Samuel, of Te Toko, before Mr. E L. Walton, S.M., in tho Police Court to-dav, 011 a charge of assaulting T B. Dttnderdale. Accused was fined £3 and costs.
