HARBOUR BRIDGE
MOUNT ALBERT DISCUSSION "The linking of the North Shore boroughs and the city bv a bridge is an undertaking that should not involve local authorities in any rate or charge." said Mr. H. A. Anderson, Mayor of Mount Albert, at a meeting of the council last night. Discussion arose from a letter received from the Waitemata Bridge Association requesting the council to pass a resolution supporting tho project, following the lead of other local bodies. A resolution favouring the erection of tho bridge as a national undertaking was passed.
