RIFLE CLUB BALL
OTOROHANGA FUNCTION The annual ball of the Otorohanga Defence Rifle Club was hold in the local Town Hall on Tuesday evening. Tho dance music was provided by a Hamilton orchestra, and novelty and competitive dances were featured on the programme. Tho president of tho club, Mr. L. Palmer, on behalf of tho club, presented a trophy to Air, H. Graham, of Honikiwi, for being the first rifleman married during tho season. In tin* absence of the patron, Major A. S. S. Westmacott, the vice-president, Mr. A. .J. AlcCreadv, presented trophies to the success!ul riflemen of the past season.
