SOUTH PACIFIC LINE SHIPS Following closely upon the announcement last month that Salamaua would bo tho future administrative capital of New Guinea, in place of Rabaul, the first visit thero of a South Pacific Line ship will bo paid on Friday, when tho passenger steamer Swartenhondt, en route from Singapore to Auckland, will call to load J n the past tlie South Pacific Line vessels have called at Rabaul on alternate southward voyages to New Zealand. In future they will call at Salamaua op alternate voyages before continuing to Rabaul and Auckland. The Swartenhondt will reach Auckland on July 18.
