HUSBAND'S PETITION A petition for restitution of conjugal rights was brought by Frederick Henry Ware, saw doctor (Mr. E. J. Wright), against Alice Gertrude Ware, before Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court yesterday. Tha petitioner said they were married in Jtfne, J924, Last August after a dispute his wife left him, taking their child with her to Wljangarei. She told him she. would not return, and had persisted in her refusal to return. He had refused to agree to a maintenance and separation order, and his wife had been refused such an order. An order was made for restitution of conjugal rights within 28 days.
