MINISTER COLLAPSES
MR. CHARLES DUNNING A WEEK'S REST ORDERED OTTAWA, June 23 Collapsing under the strain of the Budget, Mr. Charles Dunning, Minister of Finance, suffered ft heart attack in the lobby of the House of Commons. The Minister's condition created serious alarm for two hours. Physicians have ordered a week's rest.
