PAEROA WARD'S FUNCTION SUCCESSFUL MARATOTO MEET [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] PAEROA, Thursday .Tlie second ni€6t of tlio- Paoroa ward of the Maramarua Hunt was held at Maratoto yesterday. After morning tea at the Hikutaia Hall the followers moved off to Mr. A. Duncan's property where the first cast, was made. No success was met here or on Mr. A. Trembath's or Mr. H. Smith's land, but on Messrs. Martin Brothers' property a hare started a run until it was lost' in a swamp. Further casts on Mr. J. Miller's land concluded with a fast run, Afternoon tea was served at. Mr. JR. AiV. Lowry's home.
