STRANDED SCOW

FLOATED OFF WAIRAU BAR NO DAMAGE RECEIVED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Wednesday The scow Echo, which had been on the Wairau bar since last Thursday, came off about midday to-day with the tide. According to advice received in Wellington she was undamaged, and proceeded up tho river to Blenheim. The vessel will leave Blenheim for Wellington to-morrow and resume her usual service.
