ADJOURNMENT DECREE FOREIGN POLICY QUESTION LONDON, June 17 In order to eliminate Communist and Social interpellations on foreign policy, including a demand for intervention on behalf of the Spanish loyalists, the Prime Minister, M. Daladier, issued a decree proroguing Parliament for an unspecified period, probably for four months, says the Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail. The Chamber of Deputies,, before adjourning, ratified the bill providing for the organisation o£ the nation in wartime.
