A MEET ABANDONED PLANS FOR TO-MORROW As a result of recent rains the coun- j. try around Pigeon Mountain was too < wet for hunting on Saturday, and the . meet of the Pakuranga Hunt was abandoned. Provided conditions improve and - t the permission of farmers to hunt on their property can be obtained, the club will hold a meet at Green Mount tomorrow afternoon.
