SUCCESSFUL DANCE

KERIKERI CRUISING CLUB MANY MEMBERS PRESENT A very successful dance organised by the committee and members of the Kerikeri Cruising Club was held in the Cathay Theatre last week. ' The decorations were of a nautical character and many flags hung from the ceiling and walls, while the stage was charmingly arranged with numbers of miniature sailing craft. The guests were received by the vice-commodore, Mr. P. Pickniere and Mrs. Pickniere. ' The ladies' committee comprised:— Mrs. Pickniere, who was wearing » frock of white taffetas; Mrs. H. Alexander in black cloque with gold trifflming; Miss E. Cleave, pale blue suede crepe. • •' Among others who were present were: —Mrs. J.
