BOTH PARENTS DEAD TRAGIC CIRCUMSTANCES [from ouh own correspondent] SYDNEY, June \ The body,of Herbert Frederick Boot! aged 48, a tinsmith, was discovert-' floating iu Cook's River, not far fron the Prince's Highway bridge, on a rtcent morning. Previously the body oi his wife, Mrs Dorothy Margaret Booth, aged 38, was found in her home in "Union Street. Newtown, with a tuhi leading from the gas stove to hei mouth. ' i After the death of liis wife, Booth, who had ben unemployed for several months, went with his daughter, aged l;j, to live with friends in Canrobert Street, St. Peters. He was greatly atfc-cted by bis wife's death, as he thought that after a holiday she spent at Maitland, her impaired health had improved. On the night after her death he said good-night to the occupants of the house where he was staying, stating that he was going to bed. The police believe, however, that he left the house soon afterward and that he either fell Or jumped into the river.
