Miriam Hopkins will probably play the lead in Warners' version of tho James Hilton novel, "We Are Not Alone."
Warners have offered Miriam Hopkins the leading role in "Comet Over Broadway," recently turned down by Botte Davis.
Mitzi Green, 17-year-old ex-child-star, has been set by RKO Radio to play with Ruby Keeler in " "Fiddlesticks." Later she will support the Marx Brothers in "Room Service."
Ann Dvorak, Charles Bickford and Alan Baxter are playing leads in Republic's "Gangs of New York." Bickford also draws an important part in "Valley of the Giants," Warners' next big open-air feature.
