MANY CASES FOR HEARING [BY TELE6KAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION*] WELLINGTON, Friday

The secoijd division of the Court of Appeal will sit in Wellington on Monday and for several days thereafter, there being more than a dozen cases set down for hearing. The Court consists of the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, and Mr. Justice Blair, who was appointed in place of Mr. Justice Ostler because the latter was on a health recruiting trip, Justices Kennedy, Johnson and Fair.
