IMPROVED POSITION STREET LIGHTS IN SUBURBS [BY TELEGRAPH —FRESS ASSOCIATION] IKVERCAKGILL, Tuesday For the first time since April 14 the street lights in the suburbs of Inver cargill were on to-night. The full ser vice will be continued as long as pos sible, but the duration depends on the level of Lake Monowai. which, in tne last few days, has risen a little.
