CHURCH OFFICERS
ST. LUKE'S, MOUNT ALBERT Reports of the year's activities were presented by various church organisations at the annual meeting of parishioners of St. Luke's Church, Mount Albert, and all showed considerable progress. Special reference was made to the success of the golden offering appeal for the benefit of the clergy sustention fund, enabling a curate to help in the work of the parish. The following officers were elected:— Vicar's warden, Mr. C. W. Coles; people's warden, Mr. W. Gorrie; vestry, Messrs. M. Adams (treasurer), B. Bennett, E. Clark, It. Denham, Hemphill, W. Brook Smith, D. Sumner (secretary), W. Thomas, C. Venimore and W. Weaver; sidesmen, Messrs. L. Coles, F. Horspool, It. Lennie and E. Mitchell; auditor, Mr. A. Taylor; synodsmen, Messrs. 0. ,W. Coles and W Weaver.
